Dear Michael,

In the part data analysis, I believe that an important paragraph is missing.
Indeed, students often ask the following question: how to be sure that two histogramms of fluorescence are different, especially when there is a small difference in MFI.
I believe that the Kolmogorov Smirnov test can be very usefull to answer to this question.
So, data analysis in terms of statiscal analyses should be added to this paragraph.
What your opinion about that?
